Prints & Materials

What are your prints printed on?

Every print is produced on 308gsm Hahnemuhle Photorag paper — a heavy-duty, 100% cotton rag matt paper with a natural white tone, deep black saturation, and a subtle fibrous finish that gives each print an organic, fine-art feel.

Are your prints ready to buy or made to order?

All of our prints are made to order.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of standard sizes, shown on each print's page. If you're after a bespoke size, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Each print is checked and signed before it's sent out.

Are your prints framed?

Prints are currently supplied unframed.

Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but screens and colour settings vary, so your fine art print may appear very slightly different in tone from how it looks on this website.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on request — please get in touch to arrange shipping abroad. Any additional fees, customs charges, or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

How long will my order take?

Each print is made to order, so please allow around a week from order to delivery. This may be longer during holidays or in the event of postal disruption.

Returns & Quality

Do you accept returns?

Because each print is made especially for you, we're not usually able to offer returns or refunds — unless it arrives damaged. That said, we want you to be happy with your order, so if anything isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos, and we'll sort out a replacement.

How should I handle my print when it arrives?

It's best to take it straight to a framer while it's still in its packaging, to avoid handling damage before framing. If the package itself arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it and get in touch with us.
